Nostalgia flavored candies.

No special words, I searched some information about the company, but the only thing I found was about being available in Japan since Meiji Era (1908, as written in the tag).
Just can't help it but to wonder if the owner of the company back then, would ever imagine about how many of us would feel once we see this little can and taste its candies, no matter if it's the first or the last time.

Also, in case you have no idea of what I am writting about, I'm telling you, you M U S T see "Grave of the Fireflies" (1988; Based on Akiyuki Nosaka's true story novel and Directed and Written by Isao Takahata former Studio Ghibli).

. N O S T A L G I A .

Breathe and oxygenate yourself.

Healing.

As I mentioned in a previous entry, before coming to Japan, I was really, really sick. The level of stress I got made it impossible to handle the multiple manifestations of various diseases every now and then. Still I tried to drown the bad feelings to carry on with my life, until one day I everything went out of my control, I exploded, and realized that those bad feelings were not only bad feelings...they were panic attacks, and I was so used to them I thought it was normal...

Our body screams what the mouth shuts, once I've heard. So, instead of going through pills, and useless treatments that are purely a waste of time, I decided to erase what made me sicker and sicker everyday; that is what is most important: identificate the cause and erase it once and for all.

After I was able to see this, and along with the eternal and really marvelous support of my beloved family and friends, I moved on, got the Visa and came to Japan, to actually breathe and oxygenate myself, to feel alive.

So, every now and then, with the staff I work with, we go out to appreciate the most important thing we have: our lives. Ourselves.
We take a look around, all the Nature and beauty around us and take a deep breath.

Now, I give you some pictures to inspire you, this is an invitation: to breathe and get better, to deal with chaos in daily life, and also, of course, to come with us on our next walk!

PS: I'm not puting hints of the exact place because most of them were discovered by getting lost. You also should! 😉

Sanando.
